Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses services provided by Optimizative Technologies LLC, including customers, their users, and the clients of our agency partners. It is part of our Terms of service. Because our services run on Cloudflare's infrastructure, Cloudflare's own policies also apply.

You may not use our services to

  • break any law, or help others to do so;
  • host, send or link to child sexual abuse material, which we report to the competent authorities;
  • infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other rights of others;
  • distribute malware, run phishing pages, or impersonate another person or organisation;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) by email, SMS, telephone or messaging apps, or make automated calls without the consent required by law;
  • attack, scan or probe systems without the owner's permission, including denial-of-service attacks;
  • try to bypass the limits, security or access controls of our services or of Cloudflare;
  • promote violence, terrorism or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
  • sell illegal goods or services, or run unlicensed gambling;
  • offer financial services that require a licence you do not hold, or present our technology as investment advice;
  • use AI services to deceive people about the fact that they are interacting with an AI system, to produce deceptive content about real people, or for any purpose prohibited by applicable AI regulation;
  • use the services in a way that places an unreasonable load on shared resources, such as using a website hosting plan mainly for file storage or video streaming.

Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, write to abuse@optimizative.com with the address of the content and a description of the problem.

What we do

If we become aware of a breach, we may remove the content, suspend the affected service, or terminate the contract, depending on how serious the breach is. Where possible we contact you first and give you time to fix the problem. We may act immediately when there is a risk to people, to the security of our services, or when the law or Cloudflare requires it.
